Refund policy
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your Prompted Mail subscription for any reason, please contact me within 30 days of your first letter and I will issue a full refund. You are welcome to keep any letters already delivered to you.
After 30 days, refunds are not available for monthly payments already collected.
Annual Subscriptions If you purchased an annual subscription and are dissatisfied within 30 days, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the remaining months of your subscription.
Gift Subscriptions Gift subscriptions follow the same refund policy as standard subscriptions.
To request a refund, email hello@promptedmail.com with your order number and name. I will respond within 1-3 business days.
